The reasoning of the judgment of this court for the acceptance of the judgment of the first instance is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the first instance, except for adding “(the same shall apply even if the statement of evidence Nos. 7 through 9, which was additionally submitted at the appellate court, is added to “(the same shall apply even if the statement of evidence No. 7 or 9, which was additionally submitted at the appellate court)” after the last 10th of the judgment of the first instance.

The decision of the first instance court is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit.
