1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 8,460,984; (b) KRW 9,403,054; and (c) KRW 10,226,526; and (c) KRW 10,26.526 to Plaintiff C.

Basic Facts

The defendant is a company conducting multi-family housing management business and was entrusted with the management of the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E building.

The Plaintiffs, under employment by the Defendant, retired from office after Plaintiff A was in charge of the guard duty of the said building from May 27, 2013; Plaintiff B from March 1, 2013; and Plaintiff C from December 31, 2012 to April 30, 2015, respectively.

The plaintiffs were in charge of the expenses for the E-building, three-day, and three-dimensional types.

In other words, Gap (A) served for 24 hours from 06:00 to 06:00 of the second day of the day (hereinafter referred to as "day service") and worked for 18:00 of the second day to 18:00 of the same day, and served for 6 hours from 18:00 of the second day to 24:00 of the same day (hereinafter referred to as "day service for convenience"), and completes one cycle service after rest for 00:0 to 06:00 of the third day.

B and C will be able to go through three classes and one circulation. As seen below, Gap's daily work overlaps with Eul's night work, Gap's night work overlaps with Byung's daily work, Eul's daily work overlaps with Byung's daily work, Eul's night work overlaps with Byung's night work, and Byung's night work overlaps with Byung's night work.

On the 4th day of the 1st day in the 2nd day, the plaintiffs claim that 17 hours excluding 24 hours of recess work, 6 hours of night work (18:0-24:00), and 17 hours of night work, excluding 18:0 hours of night work among 24 hours of day work, 06:0 :0 :06 :0 :06 :24:00 :0 :06 :06 : A :00 : 246 :00 : 18:00) and 18:0 :06 :

In this regard, the defendant is about 12 hours, 24 hours daily work (09:00 to 10:00), 1 hours in the first place (12:0 to 13:00), 3 hours in the first place (18:0 to 21:00), 7 hours in the water surface (23:0 to 06:00), and 12 hours in the second place (23:0 to 6.00).
