1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff’s business 1) The Plaintiff’s business is E, E, and as from April 11, 2007, B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “B”) located in the F of the Jeonju-gun.

(2) The Plaintiff was engaged in the daily work as follows, and did not, in principle, work on Saturdays and Sundays. The Plaintiff did not work in principle on Saturdays and Sundays.

B. From April 16, 2007 to September 30, 2007, the Plaintiff, together with one other work operator, installed a metal panel, metal rail day, post-face oil hold, a fixed air exhauster, and post-delight lamps inside the bus as follows. 20 minutes required to perform the above work on one bus, and 20 minutes required to take part in the operation of the bus, and the Plaintiff was engaged in the operation of nding or bending the hinging of the hing by cutting the hingle for the most part of the working hours. ① The Plaintiff moved to the bus by 2 metal rails (total weight of 6.3 km) after moving to the bus, and then the Plaintiff then singing the hingingle of the hinge-off light (weight of 6.3 km) after moving to the bus.
