A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who has violated the Automobile Management Act shall unlawfully use a registration number plate of a motor vehicle;

Nevertheless, around March 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) obtained and kept the registration number plate of “D” from the C factory garbage site located in Dong-si, Dong-si, Dong-nam; and (b) attached the registration number plate to the said “D” for the purpose of exercising the two-wheeled automobile (motor vehicle number F) transferred from the land E on April 15, 2017.

Accordingly, the defendant used the automobile registration number plate unlawfully.

2. No person who illegally uses air, or violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, around June 29, 2020, the Defendant operated a two-wheeled automobile (motor vehicle number F) with a registration number plate attached to the “D” registration number plate, which was not covered by mandatory insurance on the front of the window G of Changwon-si, Changwon-si.
