The facts charged in this case are dismissed.

1. The summary of the facts charged in this case is that Defendant A is the representative director of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd., a furniture supplier, and Defendant B is the director of the company.

In addition, the E-stock company is the household delivery company whose representative director is the victim F.

(ju)D and E Co., Ltd entered into a contract for household supply of KRW 77 million to the construction site of “G building” on July 16, 2012 and a contract for the supply of KRW 75 million to the H apartment construction site on December 24, 2012, and the Defendants supplied the household according to the above contract.

However, due to the occurrence and repair of defects in the households supplied by the Defendants, there was a dispute between the victim and the victim. By June 24, 2013, the victim paid the price of KRW 77 million for the supplied households of “G building” and KRW 37 million for the supplied households of “H apartment” until June 24, 2013, and requested the issuance of the warranty insurance policy and did not pay the remainder of KRW 38 million.
