Punishment of the crime

1) On May 1, 2013, at around 15:35, the Defendant taken one minute of video images against the victim’s will under the victim’s gal lutho S2 (S/NB) cell phone equipment under the victim’s galthrode (16 years of age, female) in Jung-gu, Seoul, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, No. 64 subway No. 4, 6, Kameras Station, and the Defendant taken one minute of video images under the victim’s galthrode, which could cause a sense of sexual shame. 2) From around 00 to 15:15 of the same day, the Defendant took one minute of video images under the victim’s own will, against the victim’s galthro, who suffered a short sense of sexual humiliation, such as the attached list, from 08:0 to 217 subway Line No. 8, Jung-gu, Seoul, and from 15:15, the victims of sexual humiliation.
