A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On October 7, 2015, around 23:38, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s operation of the marina shop by force, including: (a) the victim F, G, and H’s Ma, jointly operated by the victim F, and G, on the second underground floor of Seocheon-si, Seocheon-gu, Seoul; (b) the Defendant was informed that approximately twenty minutes of employees would find and call for I, who is an employee of the Thailand; and (c) the Defendant took a bath to the employees who met, thereby obstructing the victim’s operation of the marina shop.

B. On October 13, 2015, around 18:30 on October 13, 2015, the Defendant does not comply with the “ponpine hon-off establishment” to the employee J.

They returned to § 22(b) , Korean people were returned to § 32(b) , and they were operated under the pre-operation of the Thai traditional Marina, i.e., a hump establishment.

approximately 45 minutes of the disturbance, which interfered with the duties of the victim's Morse shop by force.

around 13:00 on October 20, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the shop, at around 13:00, interfered with the victim’s business operation by force by avoiding any disturbance, such as leaving the customer’s name-free boxes “I amniscing off or going back,” and continuously sticking the victim’s photograph with the cell phone.

E. On October 27, 2015, around 19:00 on October 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the shop, at the location of the Marina as indicated in the above paragraph (a) above, threatened the employeesJ that take and restrain the above shop with a mobile phone as if he controlled the illegal act, with the threat that “I will die at work of Aarbrate K”; and (b) operated the Mina site by force.
