Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, while serving as the head of the agricultural cooperative C (hereinafter “the instant cooperative”) and was elected on March 11, 2015, after going through the election of the head of the said cooperative.
