Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

around 22:00 on January 26, 2017, the Defendant: (a) assaulted a taxi driver who was boarding a taxi on the top of the Home fluoring 1571 before the home fluor and was making a stop from a taxi and was arrested as a flagrant offender to a police officer who was dispatched to the 112 report; (b) on the same day, the Defendant was arrested as a flagrant offender who was dispatched to the 112 report; and (c) around 22:50 on the same day, the Defendant was transferred to the C District located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was waiting to undergo investigation, and (d) the police officer assigned to B and E who was waiting to undergo the investigation.

D and E are able to take a bath, such as grherosing, singinginging, singinginging, singinginging, singinginging, singinginginging, singinginging, singinging, singinging, singinging, and singing, and receiving hot water from a water season and spreading the said D and E by receiving hot water from a hot water.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted police officers who are in charge of prevention, suppression, and investigation of crimes.
