Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and four months at the Seoul Central District Court on November 20, 208 for the crime of forging official documents, etc. on May 22, 2009, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 22, 2009, and the representative director of L corporation for the purpose of real estate development, consulting, real estate sale and lease, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “L”) and Defendant B, at the Seoul Central District Court on November 20, 2008, sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of forging official documents at the Seoul Central District Court on May 22, 2009, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 20, 201, Defendant C was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and one-year imprisonment with prison labor at the Seoul Western District Court on May 20, 2010, and was sentenced to a so-called real estate agent imprisonment with prison labor on May 10, 2015.
