Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 18, 2016, the Defendant driven the juju Froba without a Class 2 driver's license for a small-sized motor vehicle in the 2km section from around 2 km to around 237 in the same Gu road in front of the Gu-U.S., Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si B.
