On July 5, 2016, around 17:10 on July 5, 2016, the Defendant: (a) removed a registration number plate from jute jute juba owned by the Defendant for the purpose of exercising; and (b) illegally used one registration number plate from jute jute juba, which is an air buba attached to jute juba owned by the Defendant.
