Punishment of the crime

around 18:50 on October 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a astronomical B K5-lane apartment at the central hospital located in Yangsan City, along with a two-lane road; (b) driven by the Defendant, while driving a BK5-lane car at the front of the Defendant, driven the victim’s car on the ground that the victim D (55 years old) driven the Defendant’s car at the front of the Defendant’s vehicle in front of the vehicle, obstructed the Defendant’s vehicle and driven the Defendant’s vehicle at the front of the vehicle; (c) driven the victim’s vehicle immediately above by rapidly changing the lane to the victim’s vehicle; (d) driven the victim’s vehicle following the victim’s vehicle and driven the vehicle along the victim’s vehicle; and (e) lowered the victim’s vehicle at the front of the Saemaul Gyeong-dong, which was in front of the victim’s passenger vehicle and stopped the victim’s vehicle at the front of the victim’s free will; and (e) stopped the victim’s vehicle at the front of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a motor vehicle, which is a dangerous object, and threatened the victim.
