Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 16, 2014, at around 17:00, the Defendant: (a) received 112 reports while drunkly flying on the front side of the Pyeongtaek-si Park Park Park; (b) took place from the slope D belonging to the Pyeongtaek-si Police Station C District; and (c) took place one time at the right chest of the said D with his/her dissatisfaction and left hand.
