Punishment of the crime

On June 2017, the Defendants conspired to defraud money by deceiving another person, and prepared all documents such as the "Contract for the Sale of Land for Countermeasures (Transfer and Acquisition)" related to the transfer of the right to sell the land for the sale of the land for the sale of the Hanam G shopping district in the name of Defendant B, Defendant C, Defendant D, Defendant E, and Defendant F (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Defendant B, etc.”).
