1. The claim of this case is dismissed.

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. On April 3, 2015, the Plaintiff was administered by a member of C (hereinafter “Defendant Member”) operated by the Defendant, such as marithal, pathal, Malithal, Malithal, and Malithal, and was administered by the Plaintiff in this process.
B. On October 6, 2015, the Plaintiff, who was scheduled on December 2015, had visited the Defendant Council member to look about the Gaban beauty, and had visited the Defendant Council member on October 6, 2015. After the procedure of this case, there were symptoms of 15:41, where the plaintiff was waiting for recovery of anesthesia, and there were symptoms of vain quality, around 16:02, and there were symptoms of the right arms and legs.
E. At around 18:40, the Plaintiff was transferred to the emergency room of the hybrid hospital by the 119 emergency squad, and blood pressure measured by the emergency room of the above hospital at around 18:59 was 140/81 mHg.
Under the suspicion of cerebrovascular diseases, the above hospital conducted brain CT tests for the plaintiff, and confirmed the blood transfusion and cerebrovascular transfusion in two parts.
F. On October 7, 2015, the Plaintiff re-transfered to the Hanyang University Hospital on the same day, and received surgery, such as blood dye removal, brain dye removal, etc., and received rehabilitation treatment until October 23, 2015.
