1. The Defendant’s KRW 8,165,650 for Plaintiff A and its related costs from January 15, 201, and KRW 24,597,682 for Plaintiff B and its related costs.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs were employed and worked for the Defendant (the Plaintiff was a street cleaners belonging to the Silsan City, but was integrated into the Silsan City on July 1, 2010, and succeeded to the rights and obligations thereof at the city of creative origin) as a street cleaners belonging to the Democratic Labor Union under the Democratic Labor Group (hereinafter “instant trade union”).
