Basic Facts

A. On April 5, 2013, with respect to the size of 730 square meters among B forest land B (hereinafter “instant forest”) in Osan-si, Osan-si, B, 2287 square meters (hereinafter “A”), a lease contract was concluded on April 5, 2013 with the lessor as C, Plaintiff (Appointed), E, F, G, H, and lessee (hereinafter “B”) as the Osan-si market, and the following lease agreements were concluded:
