Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On April 1, 2015, at around 21:35, under the influence of alcohol with 0.069% of blood alcohol concentration, the Defendant driven approximately 2 kilometers from the old world near the GSone Star Station in Ansan-gu, Seoul Metropolitan City to the front street of the same Gu such as the same Got XG vehicle.
