Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the chairperson of the Emergency Countermeasure Committee of the D Building in Seogu-gu, and the victim E is the head of the management office of the above D building.

1. Interference with business;

A. At around 09:30 on July 12, 201, the Defendant, along with the aforementioned apartment building management office, obstructed the management affairs of the victim by force by avoiding approximately one hour and 30 minutes of a small amount of money per hour and 30 minutes of a space where the employees of the said management office are located.
