A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a maximum term of nine years and a short term of five years.

One diveter (No. 2) seized shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is in the first grade of C High School and has excessive behavior disorder (ADHD), and is a student of E Private Institutes D and 2 in Ansan-gu, Masan-si (hereinafter “ADHD”).
