A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who violates the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. by buying psychotropic drugs shall be prohibited from buying psychotropic drugs unless a person handling narcotics is a person;

Accordingly, the Defendant purchased psychotropic drugs in collusion with B even though it is not a person handling narcotics.

2. Any person who violates the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. by medication shall be prohibited from administering psychotropic drugs unless a person handling narcotics, etc. is a person;

Although the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, on May 17, 2013, at the G Park parking lot located in Daegu Dong-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendant parked a e-mail car at the G Park parking lot. On May 17, 2013, the Defendant injected 0.05g out of 0.7g of psychotropic drugs purchased, such as the foregoing paragraph (1), into a single-use injection machine, and injected the e-mail into the left arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered psychotropic drugs even though he is not a person handling narcotics.

3. On May 17, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) administered psychotropic drugs, such as psychotropic drugs, at G Park parking lots located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as described in the foregoing paragraph (2), and (b) operated approximately 100 km cars for E-pampers until the way in front of the interesting village located in the male interest village in the North-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul-do.

Accordingly, the defendant was driving a motor vehicle under the condition that he could not drive a motor vehicle normally due to drugs.
