A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Fraud;
A. On April 25, 2018, the Defendant visited the branch office B in Daegu City on or around April 25, 2018, and the Defendant did not wish to pay the price normally even if he/she was provided with communications services and devices from the victim corporation B, which is associated with Samsung Gallonphone, and each of its equipment, but did not wish to pay the price normally.
