1. The Defendant’s each of the Plaintiffs’ KRW 123,50,000 and 5% per annum from December 14, 2017 to May 31, 2019.

On July 28, 2007, the Plaintiffs are “the primary sales contract with the Defendant for the following terms with respect to D 3,306 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) owned by the Defendant:

A) Around August 14, 2007, pursuant to the above sales contract, the Defendant paid the down payment of KRW 50,000,000 to the Defendant. The indication of real estate under Article 1 (Indication of Property subject to Sale): The answer area: 3,306 square meters (1,00 square meters): 50,000 won (1,00 square meters)

1. The Plaintiffs shall pay the purchase price to the Defendant with the following payment methods:

Item (b) Sales Price: On April 2, 2008, the payment date of the amount of KRW 500,000,000 for the payment date of KRW 297,000,000,000 on April 2, 2008, 10% of the remainder of the intermediate payment deposited on August 14, 2007, and the down payment receipt was paid as agreed upon by the contract, and the down payment receipt was remitted to the account.
