Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 26, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a B Arididi vehicle at B around 19:20 and made the left turn to the right at the right side of the road at the right side of the road using two-lanes on September 26, 2016, on the ground that the victim E (n.e., 65 years of age) made a left turn to the right side at the right side of the road at the right side of the road; (b) opened a window by driving the damaged vehicle at the right side on the right side; and (c) opened the window to the victim on the ground that the victim E (n.e., f5 years of age) made a left turn to the right side at the right side of the damaged vehicle at the right side of the road.

Accordingly, the defendant carried a motor vehicle, which is a dangerous object, and threatened the victim.
