1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 150,00,000 for the Plaintiff and KRW 20% per annum from August 28, 2015 to September 30, 2015; and (b) the Plaintiff.

1. Claim for reimbursement of KRW 150 million and damages for delay that the plaintiff lent to the defendant around 1997.

2. Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act, which hold a judgment without holding any pleadings.

As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissals, Etc. were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the date of service of the duplicate of the complaint of this case until September 30, 2015, and at the rate of 15% per annum from the following day to the date of full payment, shall be recognized and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
