Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a motor vehicle B of lurburged (hereinafter “lurged vehicle”) in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (hereinafter referred to as “Aggravated Punishment, etc.”) and the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter referred to as “Aggravated Measures”).
On February 25, 2018, the Defendant driven a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.066% among blood alcohol at a 05:45%, and led to the following two-lanes: (a) the third-lane road near the new village, located in 169 (Tullet), at the level of Bupyeong-gu Incheon in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, along with “201 Aulletlet.”
At the time, the victim C(69) is driving in the three-lane, which is moving on the right-hand lane of the lux cab (hereinafter “victim”) in order to circumvent the right-hand lane of the lux cab.
