The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On November 13, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on the 21st of the same month by imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Customs Act at the Suwon District Court’s Pyeongtaek District Court’s House.

【Criminal Facts】 The Defendant conspired to import gold bars by having the gold bars from China to Korea and delivering them to E without filing a report with the head of the relevant customs office, as the so-called “Sari,” which is going through trade in Korea and China.

Any person who intends to import goods shall file a report thereon with the head of any customhouse on the name, standard, quantity and price of the relevant goods and other matters prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Defendant and D have divided 8 km (the cost of goods is KRW 316,788,025) into 4 km each, and brought the same gold 8 km into Korea by concealing 8 km in the clothes by entering the port of Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si, without filing a report with the head of the customs office on August 17, 2013. At around that time, E was parked in the front of the bus terminal located in the Ansan-si, Pyeongtaek-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and then delivered the same gold 2.4 million to C after paying transportation cost to Defendant and D within the F f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f f

In addition, the Defendant imported 102 km (the total value of the goods is KRW 3,985,586,725) from that time to October 3, 2013 without reporting to the head of the competent customs office in the same manner, from that time in collusion with C, D or D, from that time to October 3, 2013.
