Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to construct or repair a building shall obtain permission from the Governor of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu.

Nevertheless, on May 2012, the Defendant made a large-scale repair of one household with the second, third, and fourth floors of the ground building B in Pakistan, without permission of seven households.
