Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 12,000,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who intends to construct or repair a building in violation of the Building Act shall obtain permission from a Special Self-Governing Province Governor or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu;

Nevertheless, on September 23, 201, the Defendant started the construction on November 13, 201, and obtained approval for use on November 13, 2012, 145.89 square meters from the end of November 2012 to the end of December of the same year, 3 households of 145.89 square meters, 7 households of 3 floors of the same area, 3 households of 4 floors of the same area, 7 households of 3 floors of the same area, 7 households of 4 floors of the same area, and 9 multi-family houses of 21 households in total, without permission.

Although the Defendant violated the Parking Lot Act, at the same time, and at the same place as the above paragraph (1), installed a parking lot of 0.7 parking lots per household with respect to the above multi-family house, the Defendant did not establish a 9th attached parking lot for the 12 households added by substantial repair in the above method.
