Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Obstruction of a right is a person who operates the headquarters B in company B.

On September 4, 2015, at around 03:27, the Defendant used 7 vehicles (EK7, FranterHG, G Hareer HG, HG, HK5, I YFxa, JYFxa, K YFxa, etc.) being occupied and managed by the victim parked in the place. On his own initiative, the Defendant used 7 vehicles to tow and arbitrarily.

Accordingly, the defendant taken and concealed his own property which is the object of the victim's possession or right, thereby hindering the victim's exercise of right.

Although the defendant is not a representative director in the corporate register of the merger plan B, in light of the fact that the defendant actually operates the above company and takes the vehicle for the interest of the company, it constitutes "where he/she takes his/her own property."

(2) On October 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) when there was a conflict of civil opinion with the victim as seen above; (b) around 16:00 on October 30, 2015, the Defendant: (c) removed the front number plate of LK7 already leased to the customers located in the modern marine parking lot located in the Dong-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong; (d) on October 30, 2015, on October 30, 2015, removed the front number plate of M parked in B located in the Dong-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Seoul; and (e) removed the front number plate of K5 leased to the customers of the vehicle located in the Dong-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, Chungcheongnam-dong, and around October 31, 2015; and (e) removed the front number plate of the vehicle that had already been leased to the customers on around 20:0 on October 31, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's vehicle rental business by force.
