A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and ten months of imprisonment for fraud at the Seoul Western District Court. The judgment became final and conclusive on February 24, 2015.

1. Forgery of private documents;
A. B. At the same time and place as above, the Defendant had the E Director printed out in the same manner “tax invoices, supplier’s registration number F, trade G (ju), name H, address of the workplace, Gyeongdong-dong-si I, business pattern manufacturing, category wrap-do, date of preparation, 25 February 2013, 115,50,000, value of goods ready-mixed, value of supply, 11,550,000, total amount of 127,050,000, and 127,050,000,000,” and had the employee identification of the J Company kept in advance following the supplier’s name.
C. The Defendant, at the above time and place, had the E Director enter “tax invoices, supplier registration number F, trade G (ju), name H, place of business in the same manner, G, business Gyeongdong-si I, business Gyeongdong-dong-si, Gyeong-si, No. 122,500,000, the value of supply for the items, 12,250,000, the aggregate amount of 134,750,000” and output in advance to the name of the supplier.
