A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
around 07:05 on December 27, 2012, the Defendant, who is engaged in driving a C observer car, was driving the said car without a driver’s license on December 27, 2012 at a speed of about 30 km from the direction of the consul distance to the speed of about 30 km.
