Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Records] Defendant A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special injury at the Jinwon District Court's Jinwon Branch on November 10, 2017, and two years of suspended execution, and the above judgment was finalized on the 18th of the same month.
[2] Defendant B’s limited partnership company is a juristic person that has a place of business in Sacheon City and engages in screening, washing, and selling aggregate, and Defendant A is a representative member of the limited partnership company in B.
1. Defendant A
(a) No enterpriser in violation of the Act on the Preservation of Water Quality and Aquatic Ecosystems shall discharge water pollutants that flow into prevention facilities without passing through the final outlet for discharge, or install facilities capable of releasing water pollutants without passing through the final outlet for discharge;
