Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Since the defendant is led to confession, it is necessary to make an additional statement on the same part as the relevant supporting evidence in the same way as “(see, e.g., the page of the evidence record).”
Based on evidence, the prosecutor's facts charged are modified to the extent that it does not adversely affect the defendant's right of defense and actually affect the contents of the facts charged, and it does not result in the change of the subject of trial by the court.
On June 14, 2019, at around 17:25, the Defendant stopped the urban bus “C” (see, e.g., evidence No. 13) at the bus stops located in front of the building that is a Chuncheon store.
Since there are two-lane roads, the driver has a duty of care to drive safely with the front, rear, and left and right-hand city.
However, the defendant was negligent in driving the above urban bus on the left side and changing the course from the bus stops in the two-lanes to the first two-lanes, and caused the driver of the E-city bus operated in the same direction as the defendant at the rear side of the bus of the defendant to rapidly stop the hand on the left side.
Ultimately, due to the above occupational negligence, the Defendant caused the victim F (the age of 85) who was moving the jobs within the above E-city bus to die and go beyond the bus floor (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 10, 33 of the Evidence Records). On Aug. 20, 2019, the Defendant had a medical corporation located in Chuncheon City, G, which was receiving medical treatment around 10:07, to die due to her Hemal ties, etc. at H hospitals.
