A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

Since the defendant is led to confession, it is necessary to make an additional statement on the same part as the relevant supporting evidence in the same way as “(see, e.g., the page of the evidence record).”

Based on evidence, the prosecutor's facts charged are modified to the extent that it does not adversely affect the defendant's right of defense and actually affect the contents of the facts charged, and it does not result in the change of the subject of trial by the court.

On May 14, 2019 (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 70Da573, Jul. 17, 2020), the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a crime of special intimidation, etc. (see, e.g., Supreme Court Decision 2019Ma290, Mar. 21, 2020 (see, e.g., Supreme Court Records No. 77, Jul. 16, 2020) by the Chuncheon District Court sentenced the Defendant to one year of imprisonment for the crime of interference with business (see, e.g., Supreme Court Records No. 74, Jul. 17, 2020).

1. Violence;

A. At around 10:40 on June 1, 2020, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim B, “D” restaurant located in Chuncheon City, and the victim B (73 years of age) who was drinking alcohol without any justifiable reason, expressed that “I see this rings, the width has been cut down, anywhere,” and assaulted about 10 times the victim’s head by his hand with the Defendant’s left hand.

On June 1, 2020, around 11:00 on June 1, 2020, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim E, who was towing a bicycle in front of the “G” camera located in Chuncheon City F, with the victim E (the age of 59) seated, and without any justifiable reason, used the victim’s left arms to be fit for the Defendant’s drinking (see, e.g., evidence record) by having the victim’s drinking to the victim’s face.
