Punishment of the crime

1. Around June 6, 2014, the Defendant was driving a DNA cruise car under the influence of alcohol by 0.11% of blood alcohol concentration from the high-speed female hospital at approximately 400 meters from the 150-ro, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si to the front day of C at approximately 400 meters.

2. 특수공무집행방해 피고인은 2014. 6. 6. 04:30경 부천시 원미구 C건물 1층에 있는 피고인의 주거지 앞길에서 제1항과 같은 음주운전 및 그로 인한 교통사고 신고를 받고 출동한 부천원미경찰서 E지구대 소속 경찰관 순경 F, 경장 G으로부터 검거될 상황에 놓이게 되자 위 주거지 주방에 있던 위험한 물건인 부엌용 식칼(칼날 길이 19cm) 2자루를 양손에 쥔 채 위 F, G에게 찌를 듯이 휘두르며 “씨발, 너네 다 찔러 죽여버린다“라고 소리를 지르고, 계속하여 피고인의 주거지로 들어가 방 창문을 통하여 위 F, G에게 ”너네 칼에 찔려 봤냐 ”, “너네 찌를 수 있어. 다 죽여버릴 거야, 이 개새끼들아”, “내가 못찌를지 아냐 ”, “너네 비리검사잖아. 검사고 경찰이고 다 내가 칼로 찔러 죽여버릴꺼야”라고 욕을 하면서 피고인의 방에 있던 유리 음료수병을 벽에 쳐서 깨뜨린 후 위험한 물건인 위 깨진 유리 음료수병을 오른손에 쥐고 창문 밖으로 나와 위 F, G을 찌를 듯이 겨누었다.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and interfered with the police officer's 112 report processing and arrest of flagrant offenders.
