On September 25, 2015, at around 24:00, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by saying, “A victim C, a policeman belonging to the Seocheon-gu Police Station B District, who was dispatched to the site after receiving a report of 112 on the front day of the upper high school located in 13, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, and was demanded to pay a taxi fee from the victim C, who was a police officer belonging to B District of the Seocheon-gu Police Station B, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, 201.” Around 3 to 4 large sounds, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim.
