Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a period of two and half years, and by imprisonment for a period of one year.

Punishment of the crime

Around April 2008, the Defendant conspiredd to obtain money from G (C) through G (C) or the victim I through G (C) even though there was no property or monthly income, and thus there was no intention or ability to pay money in a normal way even if there was no other property or monthly income.

Around April 2008, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “K” office located in J 3 Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu, stated that “I may receive a large amount of money from H to cover the boiler in a private cover of the boiler at dumping price.” G also made a false statement to the effect that “I would return the boiler to 165 million won if I would return money as security, while she would return money to she or house to she would return money to she would return within three days if she would return money to she or house to she would return money to she would return to 100 million won.” Recognizing this, she made a false statement to the same effect as the victim.

As above, the Defendant, through H, made a false statement to the victim, and received KRW 11 million from the victim on April 16, 2008 as the borrowed money.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with G, deceiving the victim and received property.

Defendant B worked for the L Bank from around 1990 to December 31, 201, and served for the marketing division of the head office of L Bank at the time of the following crime, and was on dispatch to the locked branch for marketing guidance.

The Defendants conspired to use 200 million won for Defendant A’s business fund by acquiring 200 million won from the victim M through the use of Defendant B’s work in the above bank.

On February 4, 2009, the Defendants met the victim at the mutual infinite coffee shop located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and Defendant A is located in the Rincheon-si, Songpa-gu.
