1. The Defendant’s KRW 300,000,000 as well as 12% per annum from January 1, 2014 to March 16, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

The amount as of October 15, 200,000,000 won on October 4, 2008, 200,000 won on October 23, 2009 (the extension to May 27, 2013) (the extension to May 27, 2013) of the date for repayment of claims shall be extended on November 4, 2008, 200,00 won on October 23, 2009 (the extension to May 27, 2013) (the extension to May 10, 200,000 won) on January 15, 2009, 23, 200 won on December 23, 2009 (the extension to December 31, 2013).

A. On each day indicated below, the Plaintiff lent each of the following monetary amounts to the Defendant at an annual interest rate of 12%.

B. Of the above loans, the Defendant, upon the Plaintiff’s request, is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the interest rate of 12% per annum from January 1, 2014 to March 16, 2015, the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, from the following day to the day of full payment.
