A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 12, 2013, the Internet goods fraud Defendant posted a notice stating that he/she would sell up trading via Internet “Internet Bana”. After reporting and communicating this article, the Defendant falsely stated that “If he/she transfers KRW 350,000 to the victim C, he/she will send off trading in Spanish.”

However, there was no intention or ability of the victim to sell the crowdfunding.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim and immediately receiving 350,000 won from the victim as the price for the goods, received from the victim as well as from around that time to March 23, 2014, a total of KRW 1,547,000, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table, was delivered by the Defendant.

2. Around February 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim D that “A mobile phone will be transferred to the victim under the victim D’s name after paying the cost of the mobile phone and the communication fee within the cell phone in the four name, and a certain period of time expires.”

However, even if the cell phone is opened in the name of the victim, there was no intention or ability to pay the cell phone or the telecommunication fee.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, had the victim open the “E” mobile phone, and had the victim use the aforementioned mobile phone from the victim to pay the victim KRW 799,70,700, and the charge 1,264,610.

The Defendant had the victim pay the F’s phone number “F” mobile phone price of KRW 776,440, KRW 2,548,980, and KRW 709,704, KRW 531,280, and KRW 649,00, KRW 704, and KRW 704,830.

In this way, the defendant deceivings the victim and acquired financial benefits equivalent to 7,984,544 won in total of 4 mobile phone mobile phone prices and communication fees.
