Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, in the case of D Apartment E, located in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, where the victim B, was conducting reconstruction work, did not do construction work at night and, in the case of a specific household, had the entrance door opened the above apartment at night, had the intention to steal the tap water, etc., which can be sold on the scrap metal using the studner and the knick knife.
