【2016 High Court 41】
1. On February 14, 2015, at around 15:30, the Defendant driven a B EF rocketing vehicle in the section from the front side of the Angra apartment to the upper corner of the 1290 vertero, in the direction of the right line located in 36 o-gil 17, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Sejong Metropolitan City, without obtaining a driver’s license, at around 15:30, the Defendant driven a 3km vehicle from the section to the upper corner of the 1290 vertero.

The Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information in Seoul Western District Court who was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year in imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (use and photographing of cameras, etc.) and on whom a sentence on October 5, 2013 became final
In the event of a change in personal information, a person subject to registration of personal information has submitted personal information to the head of the police station having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date of the occurrence of the cause for the change, but the defendant violated his/her duty to submit personal information by failing to report the change although he/she newly registered a B white NEW EF small or medium vehicle in his/her name.
