1. The Defendant’s KRW 1,904,518 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 6% per annum from September 22, 2017 to November 13, 2019.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 31, 2017, with respect to the interior remodeling work of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building D (hereinafter “instant building”) owned by the Defendant (hereinafter “instant construction work”), the Plaintiff’s construction cost of KRW 88,00,000 (excluding value-added tax) and the construction period from August 30, 2017, with respect to the interior remodeling work of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building D (hereinafter “instant building”).

As of September 16, 201, the remainder amount of KRW 31,00,000 on the date of the contract, KRW 17,000,00 on the day of the contract, KRW 31,00,00 on the intermediate payment of KRW 31,00,000 on the day of the contract, was entered into a contract for construction works to be paid by September 21, 2017.

The Plaintiff completed the instant construction on September 21, 2017, and the Defendant paid the said construction price and value-added tax to the Plaintiff by December 20, 2017.

2. The assertion and judgment

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion asserts that the construction work of this case was carried out at the Defendant’s request and the construction cost of KRW 20,580,000 was required, and that the Plaintiff sought payment of KRW 15,390,000 remaining after deducting the cost of defect repair from KRW 5,190,000.

B. Determination 1 on the cause of the claim is based on the result of the appraisal commission for appraiser E of this court on the instant construction project. The details of the additional construction project compared with the estimates for the instant construction project are as listed in the following items, and the direct cost of the additional construction cost is as listed in [Attachment 1]. The appraiser calculated the additional construction cost by adding the additional construction cost of KRW 4,489,322, such as other expenses, general management cost, profits, and value-added tax, to KRW 20,580,00,000, and the amount by each construction work is as listed in Table 2.

1. Living rooms and bathing room work- sprinks and sprinks shall be changed from products of the F company to products of G, and construction of bathing rooms and bathing rooms, etc.;
