On June 24, 2015, the Defendant driven B 125c motorcycle at a section of about 300 meters from the 78th day to the 286nd day of the same water-based road as a hydro-si film in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, without a motorcycle driver's license, while drunking about 0.173% of blood alcohol concentration around 20:0.
