On December 9, 2017, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties, at around 22:40, who was arrested by the Defendant on the road prior to the “D Mart,” and was reported by 112, to the head of F, a police officer belonging to the Suwon Police Station E District Unit of the Suwon District Police Station, for the suspicion of interference with the performance of duties, and boarded the F, a police officer who stopped on the road at the lower seat of the police station, on the charge of obstructing the performance of duties, on board the back seat of the police officer, who was arrested of the F, a flagrant offender at the seat of the police station, and tried the head of F, who was the F, to take a bath that the F, attempted to get on the side of the Defendant, “F, sp. sp. sp. sp.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
