Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven a Baki vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of 0.111% in blood during the influence of around 11:57 on June 10, 2018; and (b) was driving along the two-lane road along the same as the sexual traffic distance from the offside of the sloping distance from the front side of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, along the two-lane; (c) was driven by the victim D (nick, 37 years old) who was under the influence of alcohol and flowed the back part of the Esch Rex driver vehicle under the influence of alcohol level of the said U.S. vehicle; and (d) received the rear part of the said part of the 5-lane vehicle under the influence of the 5-lane vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant, while driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol which is difficult to drive normally, suffered from the injury of the victim H(51 years old) and the victim I(35 years old) who was on board the said victim D, the victim F, the above niver vehicle, and the victim I(35 years old), respectively, for about two weeks of medical treatment.

2. While the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.11% from the blood alcohol level at the time of the day specified in paragraph (1), the Defendant driven a car with Bnib coo in the section of approximately 300 meters from the front of Seongdong-gu Seoul to the front of Seongdong-gu Seoul.
