Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On December 21, 2016, the Defendant sentenced two years and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint conflict) in the Hongsung branch of the Daejeon District Court on the grounds that he/she completed the execution of the sentence in the port prison on January 24, 2019.

1. Around 00:10 on March 7, 2020, the injured Defendant: (a) at the home room of the victim C (n, 52 years of age) in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju; (b) on the ground that the victim was aware of the Defendant’s female relationship; (c) taken the victim’s desire to “Chewing, bad years, and dead,” and pushed the victim’s neck, leading the victim’s head knife, leading the victim’s head knife; and (d) taken the victim’s head and body knife by destroying the victim’s head and body knife in several times due to the Defendant’s appearance; and (d) took part in the victim’s face by drinking the Defendant’s head and body knifeing the victim’s face for about six weeks.

[208] On February 1, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 700,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Suwon District Court, which was sentenced to a fine of KRW 500,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.
On July 3, 2020, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.212% of blood alcohol concentration on July 3, 2020, driven G-low-income car over a section of about 30 meters from the parking lot to the front road of convenience stores.
Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
