A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has taken over a registered motor vehicle shall file an application for registration of transfer of ownership with the Mayor/Do Governor as prescribed by Presidential Decree;

On November 2, 2015, the Defendant paid KRW 300,000 to B with the purchase price of a vehicle, and subsequently purchased from Cchip XG vehicles, the Defendant did not file an application for registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds.

2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Insurance shall operate any motor vehicle on a road which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as a owner of Crando XG vehicle, operated the said vehicle from December 4, 2015 to December 7, 2015, which was not covered by mandatory insurance from 898-44, Gwangju Northern-dong, 2015 to 898-44, Gwangju-dong.
