Criminal facts

1. On January 14, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Security Act: (a) operated a vehicle of approximately 1.5 km XG that was not covered by mandatory insurance without obtaining a driver’s license from the Pyeongtaek-dong Office located in the Gwangju Mine-gu from around 15:05 to the front route of credit companies located in the Gwangju Mine-gu two minutes away from ordinary movable property in the Gwangju Mine-gu.

2. Defendant Appellant in violation of the Automobile Management Act did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds, even though he/she acquired a vehicle C (Serial D) from a person in an influence to his/her name on January 2016.
